We are your neighborhood resource for estate planning, probate, and elder law services. Our woman-owned law firm is located in the heart of Ballard, and we serve clients throughout the greater Seattle area.

Our mission is to provide excellent legal services in a friendly, client-centered environment.  We listen carefully to your wishes and your worries, involve you at every stage of the process, and explain legal concepts so that you understand them.

We start with a free 10-minute phone call to learn about your needs and explain our process. If we decide to work together, we will sit down with you and take the time to hear and understand what’s on your mind. We will provide information, offer solutions for you to consider, and implement your wishes. At every stage, you will have an opportunity to review documents, ask questions, and get answers.

Whether we meet over a cup of coffee at our vintage office space, on Zoom, or in the comfort of your home, our first meeting will typically last 60 – 90 minutes. We will support and guide you through the process, whether you need to create a will, trust, and powers of attorney; manage the estate of a loved one who has passed away; create a prenup, postnup, or cohabitation agreement; or address concerns about finding and paying for long-term care.
